Today in class we did a number of things. Before class, Ava wired our circuit on a separate breadboard. She spent time planning out where the motor, RF Receiver, Arduino chip, etc. In class today, Sarah mapped out how our circuit board would look on a separate board itself, as pictured below. Sarah spent most of class working on this and she will spend time wiring and soldering before next class with Ava.

In class, Helen worked with Ms. Selan to finalize our KiCAD to print. There were a few touch ups that needed to be done including crystals and capacitors.

Really impressive work, was your circuitry based on a model or was it all original?

Great work!!! Maybe collaboration?

This looks like such a productive class! I'm curious, how did you decide which components to place on the breadboard versus the printed circuit board? Was it more about testing flexibility or layout constraints?

Replying to

It's the same components, but it's more about laying out everything to fit properly.
